Experience with startups and skills in the following areas are of interest to us:

• Adobe Flex, Actionscript 3 and AIR applications
• AJAX/Javascript
• MySQL
• Web 2.0 social applications
• Enterprise based Flex for financial, HR or data driven applications
• Experience with Flex Charting
• Strong design and UI skills
